MARK LAMPSON
Mark Lampson is a founder of Ashdown Consulting. On graduating from University in Economics, he commenced his career in a leading ICT recruitment company in London in 1996. He was asked to join an ICT recruitment company in Sydney in 1999. After working in the ICT recruitment arena for 6 years in Australia managing large teams as well as key clients, Mark took an opportunity to join an International Telecommunications company as the Talent Acquisition Manager to manage the Work Force Planning projects / processes to attract, develop and retain staff. Mark is looking forward to growing Ashdown Consulting and sharing in its continuing and rapid success. Mark sits on the Regional Council of the RCSA.
