Mark Lampson
Mark Lampson is a founder of Ashdown Consulting. On graduating from University in Economics, he commenced his career in a leading ICT recruitment company in London in 1996. He was asked to join an ICT recruitment company in Sydney in 1999. After working in the ICT recruitment arena for 6 years in Australia managing large teams as well as key clients, Mark took an opportunity to join an International Telecommunications company as the Talent Acquisition Manager to manage the Work Force Planning projects / processes to attract, develop and retain staff. Mark is looking forward to growing Ashdown Consulting and sharing in its continuing and rapid success.

Steve Grace
Steve Grace started his recruitment career in London in 1990, he served for six years in the London market, recruiting in the IT & Sales & Marketing space predominately within the Investment Banking area. He continued his career working for a number of large recruitment firms including Michael Page / Clarius Group and Hays before founding his first business Fingerprint Consulting which was sold to Data#3 in 2008 before moving to his current role of Director of Ashdown Consulting. Steve has served in a number of executive positions managing recruitment teams delivering a complete range of recruitment solutions to both local and International clients.

Lyndsay Sutherland
Lyndsay currently manages Operations for Ashdown Consulting and ensures that a smooth and professional relationship with Clients, Contractors and Suppliers is continually achieved. Together with her Degree in Accounting, Lyndsay has a wealth of experience, including over 10 years experience in Operations, Payroll and Accounts. This experience allows her team to make sure that the core business for Ashdown Consulting is able to progress to the benefit of all of Ashdown Consulting's clients and candidates.

Lynda Chase
Lynda Chase has over 10 years recruitment experience, both within Australia and the UK, managing a variety of key clients over this time. With this experience, she is able to understand the needs of the organisation she works with and to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of resources for specific requirements. Lynda’s approach is very consultative, and is often recognised as an extension of her clients’ own teams, which enables her to better understand what the business really needs.

Andy Johnston
On graduating from University in Law, Andy started his recruitment career with Ashdown Consulting as a resourcer and after continued initial success, he has quickly evolved into an account manager. With an observant and conscientious attitude and a meticulous attention to detail, he is proficient at developing long lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike to continuously understand their needs and requirements. Andy predominantly specialises in eHealth, focusing on Project Management, Architect's, Quality Assurance and Business Improvement as well as working across a number of other disciplines including Digital Media, Networking and Cloud Computing.
Annie Ly
Annie Ly has recently entered into the recruitment industry having just graduated from the University of New South Wales with majors in Human Resource Management and Psychology. She aims to utilise her extensive background in customer service to confidently and genuinely take an interest in meeting different people. She prides herself on developing and maintaining strong relationships through honesty, trust and accountability and managing the end to end HR relationship. Her focused approach allows her to effectively align both the needs of the client and the candidate.

John Wood
John has risen remarkably quickly in the recruitment industry. After extensive hands-on exposure in the UK from his Father's recruitment business, he has since rapidly developed from Resourcer into an Account Manager within Ashdown in a 360° role under the stringent mentoring of the directors. He is a graduate from Lancaster University - one of the top 10 in the UK. His well-balanced mixture of entrepreneurial & personable style is refreshing to both clients and candidates alike and with a strong customer focus ingrained in his personality, he has reaped great success with proof from his rise in the ranks at Ashdown.
